Key Responsibilities General Administration * Manage the daily administrative functions of the office. * Answer and direct telephone calls and emails professionally. * Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems. * Prepare correspondence, reports, documents, and spreadsheets. * Provide administrative support to senior managers as required. Operational Support * Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers. * Raise and process purchase orders. * Maintain records relating to equipment, assets, and hired resources. * Assist with health and safety administration, ensuring records are kept up to date.
