Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to work within our temporary division. You will be given existing accounts to run and your role will be to manage the accounts fully from resourcing staff to filling the booking while maintaining a good level of customer service to the client. There is a heavy focus on business development so the ideal candidate will be experience within this element of the role, we want a consultant that is looking to build a desk and plan out your career with Staffpower Group, this model has assisted many of our consultants into managers and above.
