About us Staffpower on behalf of our client are searching for an experienced PA with digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Executive level confidentiality and operating with integrity.
- Manage administrative tasks in support of the Director.
- Manage and organise appointment setting.
- Managing specific projects.
- Reconciling invoices, mileage & expenses.
- Liaising with clients.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Control of team diaries.
- Control of travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are followed within the team.
- Control of holiday and sickness planner and records for the team.
- Ensure that the team maintain their focus on agreed deliverables.
- Produce analytical reports and make recommendations for business improvements.
- Act as a key member of the senior management team.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
