Start your career in financial services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading UK wealth management company and gain valuable experience within a professional financial-services environment. You do not need a degree or previous financial-services experience. Full training will be provided, and we are looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to speak with customers over the telephone.
The position will initially run until the end of March 2027, but strong performers will have a genuine opportunity to be considered for permanent employment.
The role:
- Contact existing clients to discuss important matters relating to their accounts and ensure they receive the appropriate support.
- Approximately 80% of the role will involve outbound calls, with the remaining 20% covering inbound enquiries and associated administration.
- These are conversations with existing clients rather than cold sales calls.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to existing clients
- Handling inbound telephone enquiries
- Listening carefully and explaining information clearly
- Supporting clients with potentially sensitive or detailed queries
- Updating customer records accurately
- Managing follow-up actions and keeping clients informed
- Working with other departments to resolve enquiries
- Learning about investments, pensions and financial services
- Following internal processes and regulatory requirements
