Staff Power Group are currently working with a company based in North Tyneside who are looking for an experienced driver to deliver garments.
You must be friendly, outgoing and have the ability to communicate in a professional manner as you will be potentially speaking to customers face to face.
This is a temporary assignment.
The Hours & Pay
This role is 42.5 hours per week working Mon - Fri with optional weekend overtime. Working hours are 07:45 - 16:45 with 30 minutes for lunch.
Over time will be paid at 1.5 x normal rate for the shift.
The Duties
- Delivering garments to residential properties and local business's
- Dealing with customer schedules
- Dealing with delivery and shipping paperwork
- Loading and unloading vehicles
Essential
- Driving Licence
- DBS check to be carried out
You will be provided with a uniform, and a van that can be used to travel to and from work. Due to the nature of this job our client requires a DBS check to be carried out.
