Staffpower Group are currently looking for experienced Joiners to work on a project in Hexham & surrounding areas . The role will involve a mixture of 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery , so candidates must be confident working across both stages of a construction project.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carrying out 1st fix joinery, including structural timber work, studwork, flooring and roofing.
- Completing 2nd fix joinery, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and finishing work.
- Reading and working from drawings and specifications.
- Working accurately to a high standard and maintaining good attention to detail.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a wider site team.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner.
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.
- Own tools and suitable PPE.
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant CSCS card / site qualifications required.
Rate: £28 per hour
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm
