Overview
We are recruiting 15 Customer Contact Advisors to join a specialist remediation team within a leading financial services business. You will contact existing clients who may have been affected by historic advice or service issues, explain why you are calling in a clear and reassuring manner, and arrange appointments with specialist remediation consultants who will investigate each case in detail.
Key Responsibilities
