The Role
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and preparing quotations
- Updating customer information on internal systems
- Supporting with deliveries, order changes and customer queries
- Working closely with sales and operations teams
- Assisting with general administration and reporting
- Helping maintain high levels of customer service across the business
About You
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Is confident using computers and Microsoft Office
