Staffpower Group are proud to be recruiting for a skilled commercial Upholsterer on behalf of one of our trusted manufacturing clients based in Durham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established ever growing company that produces industry leading, bespoke furniture for a variety of commercial sectors.

The Role

  • Upholster furniture using both traditional and modern methods.
  • Work confidently with a range of materials and fabrics.
  • Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on every piece.
  • Ensure all products meet the company’s high quality and durability standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, team focused working environment.

About You

  • Must have previous upholstery experience!
  • Be confident using upholstery tools and machinery alone.
  • Have a strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Be reliable, hardworking and a team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Hold a driving licence (preferred but not essential).

What’s on Offer

  • Pay: From £13.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience).
  • Hours: Full time, permanent position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
  • Benefits: Company pension, on site parking, and long term stability.
