We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to work within our temporary division. You will be given existing accounts to run and your role will be to manage the accounts fully from resourcing staff to filling the booking while maintaining a good level of customer service to the client. There is a heavy focus on business development so the ideal candidate will be experience within this element of the role, we want a consultant that is looking to build a desk and plan out your career with Staffpower Group, this model has assisted many of our consultants into managers and above. Key Duties & Responsibilities Resourcing suitable candidates including advertising, vetting and interviewing Managing a portfolio of existing clients as well as generating new opportunities Managing candidates and clients expectations whilst delivering a high quality service for the across various sectors Implementation and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern the industry Running recruitment campaigns and resourcing the right worker for the right role Required Skills & Experience Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential Sales and business development desirable Excellent people skills Agile forward thinker Ability to build strong relationships Team player Confident and professional telephone manner Valid driving license with access to own vehicle Package Salary from £27000.00 per year depending on experience Competitive bonus structure Excellent environment to work JBRP1_UKTJ
