The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
We are currently seeking experienced ground maintenance workers to work with our client in Northumberland. Candidates will be working in a maintenance environment and duties could include:
- Strimming
- Mowing ride on and pedestrian mowers
- Mowing of parkland tractor and topper
- Hedge trimming
- Weeding and ivy removal
- Litter picking
- Watering of lawns, trees and plants
- Leaf and debris blowing and collecting
- Pressure washing of terraces and machinery
- Collecting fallen tree branches
- Loading biomass fuel
- General estate tasks as required from time to time
Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation is essential. Candidates must have a FULL UK Driving licence as they will be using maintenance vehicles.
