Staff Power Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join their manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high standards and quality are met at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Packing products ready for shipment
  • Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and report any faults or issues promptly
  • Conduct basic quality checks on products
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of equipment and materials
  • Record data accurately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
