We are currently recruiting a Production Operative with FLT Licence to join a well-established, fast-paced production and distribution site. This role is predominantly hands-on food production, with occasional FLT duties required to support warehouse and stock movements. It is a great opportunity to work within a clean, organised, and safety-focused environment, supporting a nationally recognised operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on food production lines, including handling, preparing, and processing food products in line with site standards
- Packing products, completing quality checks, and supporting production targets
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety
- Assisting with general operative and warehouse tasks as required
- Operating FLT trucks for a small proportion of the role, moving stock and materials safely within the site
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous production, operative, or food manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights if required
