Overview
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical processes and a keen eye for detail. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. This role requires both technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Monday – Thursday 6am – 6pm.

Hourly rate starting at £12.57 (+£1.26 per hour shift allowance) then going up to £12.79 (+£1.28 per hour shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities

• Powder coating a variety of components to a high-quality finish
• Adjusting and setting powder coating equipment
• Performing colour changes, cleaning down the booth, and switching powders as required
• Managing waste and reclaim powder efficiently
• Carrying out routine maintenance on powder coating equipment
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the workspace]
