Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professionalism and courtesy
- Assisting with invoicing, processing orders, taking payments
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Responding promptly to enquiries and providing excellent phone etiquette
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Skills:
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient document processing
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise workload effectively
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Working hours are: 04:30am - 12:30 - Monday and Saturday (2/3 out of 4 Saturdays), 04:30am - 07:30 - Tuesday - Friday. This role offers an engaging work environment where organisational excellence is valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards managing administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
