About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to join our well-established and reputable client in the Malton area. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You’ll also lend a hand across the company with things like admin, compliance, and general office support basically making sure everything ticks along nicely day-to-day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing clients with accurate information about our services both over the phone and in person.
- Welcoming visitors and creating a positive first impression.
- Answering calls and managing enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Sorting incoming deliveries, post and faxes.
- Processing client payments in line with our cash-handling policy.
- Looking up client details as required and supporting with archiving or scanning documents.
- Checking overnight messages and ensuring they’re passed on promptly.
- Managing the reception diary and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Ensuring all client and firm information is always kept secure and confidential.
