An exciting opportunity for temporary ongoing full time positions are now available in the garment processing department for a prestigious clothing company based in Jarrow. This position requires focussed, dexterous individuals working as part of a fantastic team labelling garments as well as picking & packing orders for high end customers ready to be dispatched.
The shift pattern is a prime attraction for this role with a 4 days on/4 days off rotation for which you would alternate between an early shift of 0600-1630 and a later shift of 1200-2230. Within your shift you will have 3 breaks with access to a heavily subsidised canteen.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Labelling high end garments
- Selecting, folding and packing garments
- Scanning items using a hand-held scanner
- Picking & Packing
- Communicating effectively within the workplace
- Any other warehousing duties
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
