Training Is at the Heart of This Role
As the go-to expert for IT training, you\’ll take the lead in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that help staff across all levels get the most out of their systems and tools. Whether you\’re onboarding new starters, running group workshops, or offering one-on-one support, your focus will be on making IT accessible, effective, and easy to use.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading tailored IT training sessions (1-to-1 and group-based) across systems, apps, and internal processes
- Designing and maintaining user-friendly learning materials such as guides, tutorials, and quick tips
- Owning the onboarding experience for new starters with engaging system and process training
- Monitoring system usage and performance to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted training
- Providing hands-on IT support when needed especially how-to queries and user guidance
- Collaborating with departments to embed best practices and improve understanding of processes
- Driving change through education, supporting the rollout of new tools and ensuring smooth adoption
- Working closely with IT and Compliance teams to align training with system updates and organisational goals
- Visiting other sites occasionally to support teams and deliver in-person sessions

- A confident and engaging trainer, comfortable speaking to individuals and groups at all levels
- Previous experience delivering training or onboarding in a business or public sector environment
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for making complex systems simple and user-friendly

- A genuine team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and improving ways of working
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to local offices as needed
