Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Cramlington who are looking for a committed Customer Service Advisor focussed on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for their customers. As the first point of contact for customers, youll be responsible for handling all customer queries via telephone, email & chat.

Main Duties:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Customer-focused
  • Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Searching for progression opportunities

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24.5K
