We are seeking a professional and client-focused Client Services Assistant to join their front-of-house team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a reputable firm in a long-term, stable role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally at reception
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages
  • Manage meeting room bookings and keep reception tidy and welcoming
  • Monitor and respond to the Advice inbox
  • Process client payments and handle basic financial/admin tasks (e.g. swear fees, courier and train bookings)
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, archiving, and data entry
  • Order office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Support with ID checks and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Help other teams with general administrative duties when needed
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office through strong teamwork and communication
