Hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days remote)
Your Role & Responsibilities
This is a dual-function position, with your time split equally between global recruitment tasks and local HR Support and maintaining the HR Information System, Workday.
Global Responsibilities (50%)
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ATS maintenance.
- Onboarding: Host onboarding events and maintain onboarding tools.
- Systems: Act as a Workday superuser and manage HR hub pages.
- Employer Branding: Create and post content on social media and internal platforms.
- Employee Engagement: Support administration of employee surveys.
Local Responsibilities (50%)
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare contracts and manage new joiner/leaver processes.
- Time & Attendance: Calculate annual leave and maintain absence records in Workday.
- Family Leave: Administer maternity/paternity paperwork and related tasks.
- HRIS Tasks: Support compensation updates, organizational changes, payroll reporting, and contract variations.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits and reward schemes.
Your Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- A flexible, adaptable approach and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- A continuous improvement mindset and team-oriented attitude.
