Staff Partners are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated RMN / Mental Health Nurse to support a large private hospital specialising in recovery and rehabilitation. The hospital includes medium and low secure wards, rehabilitation wards, and a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), providing specialist care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
This locum opportunity offers flexible shifts and competitive PAYE rates, making it ideal for experienced RMNs looking to supplement their current role or secure consistent agency work. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting recovery-focused treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients.
Role Overview
As an RMN / Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health conditions. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medication, and monitor patients’ mental and physical wellbeing. You will also maintain a safe environment through risk assessments and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and deliver effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
