✨Know Your Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your clinical knowledge and the specific needs of patients in acute settings. Familiarise yourself with common conditions and treatments, as well as the latest guidelines from the NMC. This will show that you're not just qualified, but also genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding care.

✨Showcase Your Experience

Prepare to discuss your previous roles and how they relate to the position you're applying for.
