Are you a passionate and committed GP looking for your next role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our surgery is a well-established, patient-focused practice based in the heart of Swindon, looking to welcome a new GP to our experienced and friendly clinical team. They are an established training practice and also heavily involved with medical research.
The Practice:
- Modern, purpose-built premises with excellent facilities
- Patient list size: approx. 11,000
- Highly skilled team including ANPs, pharmacists, and paramedics
- Strong focus on quality improvement, staff wellbeing, and work-life balance
- Home visiting team
- High QOF achievement and active involvement in local PCN initiatives
- Training practice with medical students and GP registrars
The Role:
- Up to 8 sessions per week (days negotiable)
- Mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- 25 patients per day (13/12 split)
- 10 & 15 minute appointments
- Shared clinical and administrative workload
- Opportunities to develop special interests and take on additional responsibilities
- Supportive onboarding for newly qualified GPs
On Offer:
- £10,500–£11,500 (DOE)
