Practice Nurse – Full time or Part Time GP Surgery – Maldon Permanent Position | Competitive Salary (DOE) Are you a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery , We are currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. About the Role: As our Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, COPD) * Immunisations and vaccinations (including travel vaccines) * Cervical cytology (smears) * Wound care and dressings * Health promotion and lifestyle advice * Supporting QOF and other clinical targets What We’re Looking For: * NMC-registered Practice Nurse with recent primary care experience * Confident in managing long-term conditions and working independently * Skilled in using clinical systems (e.g. EMIS Web or SYSTMONE– desirable but not essential) * Compassionate, organised, and a strong team player What We Offer: * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * Supportive, forward-thinking clinical and admin team * Well-managed and friendly surgery with a strong patient focus Job Type: Full time / Part time Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour
