Job Description: * Permanent and Temporary shifts available * Full and part time available We are working with friendly, well-established GP surgeries located in Rochester and surrounding areas serving a diverse and growing patient population. The clinical team includes GPs, nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and a supportive administrative team, all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The Role We are looking for a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse to join the team on a part or full time ad hoc and permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously within a primary care setting and passionate about preventative healthcare. Key Responsibilities * Management of long-term conditions (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension) * Childhood & adult immunisations * Cervical cytology * Wound care & dressings * Contraception & sexual health advice * Health promotion and screening * Support for QOF and chronic disease management What We Offer * From £22 per hour depending on experience * Regular CPD and training opportunities * Supportive, inclusive team culture What is required * Previous recent experience within an NHS Gp surgery * Experience with Emis or Systmone * NMC PIN If you have the experience and qualifications Please apply
