We are working with a surgery in Finsbury Park N4 who are looking for a Patient Services Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

The Patient Services Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our busy reception team; ensuring services are delivered in accordance with practice procedures and protocols and within required time-scales.

Applicants will need proven supervisory experience along with recent experience within an NHS GP surgery, excellent communication/interpersonal and IT/administrative skills and have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team whilst managing their own workload. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential requirements as is the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment.

Our client needs the candidate to hit the ground running so experience of using EMIS along with previous NHS GP experience would be essential. This role is ideal for organised individuals who enjoy engaging with people and supporting smooth surgery operations.
