We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional GP Receptionist / Front of House Receptionist to join a busy GP Practice in Leicester on a long-term ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous GP reception experience and essential knowledge of SystmOne (S1) who is looking for consistent, long-term work.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work either:
    • Full day: 8:00am – 6:30pm
    • Morning shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm
    • Afternoon shift: 1:00pm – 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Providing an excellent front-of-house service
  • Using SystmOne (S1) to support reception duties
  • Assisting patients at the reception desk

Please note: This role is predominantly patient-facing and does not include high volume inbound calls.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a GP Receptionist
  • Knowledge and experience of SystmOne (S1) is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, approachable, and reliable
  • Available to commit to a long-term ongoing contract

Additional Information

  • Holidays must be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice and pre-booked where possible.
