We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workflow Administrator / Note Summariser to join a busy and growing GP Practice in Hengoed. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous General Practice experience who is confident using EMIS and has strong clinical coding and note summarising skills.

Key Duties:

  • Read coding and note summarising patient records
  • Updating and maintaining patient records
  • Recording sensitive information, including safeguarding and child protection data
  • Ensuring GDPR and confidentiality standards are maintained
  • Supporting workflow and document management processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous GP Practice experience
  • EMIS experience
  • Strong read coding and note summarising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of GDPR and patient confidentiality
