Staff Partners are working with a GP Practice based in Leicester (LE1), who are looking for a Part time Permanent HR Administrator to join their team. The main objective of this role is to maintain accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, handling basic employee enquiries and ensuring compliance with Healthcare policies and legal regulations.
The successful candidates will need to have experience and an understanding of HR, people services and employee relations. If someone comes from a Healthcare background, this will also hugely benefit their application. Accurate use of the HRIS System, ESR, Practice Index & Training Platforms is also very beneficial.
