We’re working with a well-established B2B company based in Harlow who are looking to recruit a Marketing Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and administration to take on a varied and rewarding role. You’ll play a key part in supporting marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential business leads using online platforms and industry directories.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and lead lists using CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
- Support marketing campaigns by creating and distributing content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and provide reports on engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
- Manage and maintain the marketing database to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Office Administration
- Answer and direct calls and emails professionally.
- Manage post, courier reports, and general office documentation.
- Process catalogue and invoice requests.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using digital marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
