Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Medical Secretary for a temp to perm opportunity based in Cambridge. This is an excellent role for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment and is looking for longer-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary management for clinicians
- Coordinating appointments, clinics, and meetings
- Accurate audio typing and note taking
- Managing correspondence, referrals, and reports
- Acting as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams
- General medical administration support as required
