Due to continued growth and the expansion of our services, we are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Administering medications safely and effectively
- Managing and documenting care plans
- Supervising and supporting care staff
- Responding to clinical needs and changes in patient condition
- Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all service users
- Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and best practice guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Current NMC registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or General Nurse)
- A minimum of 6 months' post-registration nursing experience (or as required by individual placements)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
