Due to continued growth and the expansion of our services, we are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. We are particularly interested in hearing from nurses based in the Greater Belfast area; however, we have a wide range of opportunities available across Northern Ireland in a variety of healthcare settings.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Administering medications safely and effectively
  • Managing and documenting care plans
  • Supervising and supporting care staff
  • Responding to clinical needs and changes in patient condition
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all service users
  • Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and best practice guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Current NMC registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or General Nurse)
  • A minimum of 6 months' post-registration nursing experience (or as required by individual placements)
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
