Job Description:
We are currently seeking a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their career in recruitment, as well as experienced consultants looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing to identify top talent
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience
- Negotiating contracts and salaries on behalf of clients and candidates
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
- Knowledge of recruitment software and databases is a plus
