Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions in Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Identifying and sourcing top-quality candidates for teaching and support staff roles
- Conducting interviews and reference checks to assess candidate suitability
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and salaries
- Keeping up-to-date with education industry trends and developments
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Attending networking events and conferences to promote the agency and build relationships with potential clients and candidates
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
