At Staff for Education, we are currently working in partnership with a lovely Primary School in the Selston area and we are recruiting for a dedicated Year 1 and 2 Teacher to work at this school on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September 2025. This role will be teaching a mixed class and will be a permanent position.
Job Description
- Planning and delivering high quality lessons across a range of subjects
- Ensuring the lessons are engaging for all pupils in the class
- Managing classroom behaviour at all times
- Supporting individual needs of pupils in the class
In order to be considered for the role, you must:
- Have QTS or other recognised teaching qualification
- Be confident in the KS1 curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Have a passion for working with young people
