Staff Finders are currently seeking a skilled Wood Worker/CNC Machinist to join our client in the HU9 area. This role involves working with marine plywood to produce high-quality components for part-assembled crafts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery, including handheld electric planers, jigsaws, ripsaws, bandsaws, table saws, and routers.
- Cut components from marine plywood using patterns and CNC machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained.
- Keep patterns in good condition.
- Produce components to high-quality standards.
- Fit completed work into part-assembled crafts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with woodworking machinery and CNC operations.
