Staff Finders are recruiting for a Quality Controller to join our poultry production client in the HU7 area. If you have experience in quality control within food production and are passionate about ensuring top-notch product standards and safety, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Monitoring: Ensure finished products meet agreed specifications and quality standards.
- Sensory Testing: Perform organoleptic testing (taste, texture, aroma, color).
- Microbiological Sampling: Collect and analyze samples for microbiological testing to ensure safety.
- Hygiene Compliance: Monitor and enforce hygiene practices to meet food safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in food production or quality control (preferred).
