Our client, Europe\’s largest bathroom pod producer, is seeking aCompliance and Training Managerto join their team on a permanent, full-time basis! Key Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs through job analysis and regular consultations with business managers and HR.
Design and implement tailored training programs based on company and individual needs.
Oversee apprenticeship recruitment and administration.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met and up-to-date.
Develop effective induction and appraisal programs.
Research and present new training technologies and methodologies.
