Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on diesel trucks and related equipment.
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and component replacements.
- Complete engine, transmission, and drivetrain work based on experience level.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Communicate job status and repair updates with service leadership.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with parts and service teams to complete repairs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience mechanical experience required.
- Basic understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

Physical Demands
Technician roles are physically demanding and require prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Occasional heavy lifting and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (or more) may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the Technician will frequently use hands to manipulate and grasp objects; reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, stretch, or twist to perform repairs and inspections. Good vision to inspect repair work and effective communication are essential. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. A technician may work in areas with temperature and/or humidity extremes.
