This role pays $22–$30/hour, plus bonuses, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional extended hours to finish jobs.

Our technicians start their day at our central location before heading out to job sites!

What You Bring to the Table:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer.
  • Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends.
  • EPA certification is preferred but not required.

  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and gas/refrigerant lines per specifications.
  • Wire low and high voltage systems; solder and braze refrigerant lines.
  • Pre-measure jobs, load materials, and verify all equipment before installation.

  • Maintain professional conduct, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and team.
