What You Bring to the Table:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer.
- Physical ability to handle up to 100 lbs and work in varied conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated team mindset.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, and weekends.
- EPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and gas/refrigerant lines per specifications.
- Wire low and high voltage systems; solder and braze refrigerant lines.
- Pre-measure jobs, load materials, and verify all equipment before installation.
- Ensure quality workmanship while following company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain professional conduct, accurate paperwork, and clear communication with customers and team.
