StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for Warehouse Supervisors for one of our extremely well recognised clients based in Portbury. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is able to take on the company's ethos and assist us in the support of our client's day-to-day operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience, leadership skills, and forklift truck licences.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 15:30
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working pattern: 5 days out of 6, including 2 Saturdays out of every 3

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the day-to-day warehouse operation
  • Leading and supporting the warehouse team
  • Ensuring productivity, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Managing stock movements and warehouse processes
  • Assisting with goods in, goods out, and inventory control
  • Operating forklift trucks when required

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
  • Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Reach Truck Licence
  • Experience using warehouse management system

What we offer:

  • Hourly Rate Afternoons: £15.75 paye (£17.65 with holiday pay)
