Drivers Mates are required for ongoing Home Delivery work based in Norwich. We can offer ongoing and adhoc positions to suit your lifestyle. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Days (Mon–Sat): £12.75ph plus holiday pay, or £14.28ph including holiday pay
- £5 Daily meal allowance
What the role involves:
- Working as part of a 2-man team delivering furniture/white goods to residential properties alongside a driver.
- This is a customer-focused role.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all delivery logs are signed and accounted for.
- The role requires you to be well presented, polite, courteous, and to represent the client and StaffCo to a high standard at all times.
Temp to Perm roles are available. For this role, you need to be physically fit due to heavy lifting involved. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
