Normanton StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers for ongoing work based in Normanton. This is a great opportunity offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 7-day operation.

Pay Rates (PAYE):

  • Monday – Friday AM - £19.05ph including holiday pay
  • Monday – Friday PM - £20.17ph including holiday pay
  • Saturday - £20.17ph including holiday pay
  • Sunday - £21.29ph including holiday pay

What the role involves:

The role will be curtain side deliveries and forklift unload, pre-loaded trailers carrying ambient goods. The operation runs 7 days per week, with shifts averaging 10–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 1 year
  • Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
