HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter Drivers
for ongoing shunting work based in Desborough. We are offering consistent Monday-to-Friday work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised operation. Drivers will benefit from a straightforward shunting role using
Terberg shunters , moving trailers safely and efficiently around the site. Pay Rates (PAYE) • Monday - Friday Days - £18ph

including holiday pay What the role involves You'll be responsible for shunting trailers around the site using a
Terberg shunter , positioning trailers at loading bays and designated areas as required. The operation runs
Monday to Friday , with day shifts starting between
04:00 and 14:00 , and night shifts starting between
16:00 and 02:00 . This is a hands-on yard-based role requiring a strong understanding of safe trailer movements and site procedures. Our ideal candidate •
Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence for at least 1 year • Has previous Terberg shunting experience • Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences) StaffCo Direct provides weekly pay, PPE, online driver portal access, pension scheme enrolment, ongoing support from a dedicated account team, and consistent long-term bookings.
