StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 2 (C) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Northampton. We're looking for day drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Days (Mon–Fri): £16.51ph plus holiday pay, or £18.50ph including holiday pay
- Saturdays: £17.85ph plus holiday pay, or £20.00ph including holiday pay
- Sundays: £18.75ph plus holiday pay, or £21.01ph including holiday pay
What the role involves
You'll be completing store deliveries using a modern, well-maintained fleet. Palletised and cage deliveries, between 1-6 drops. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.
Our ideal candidate
- Holds a valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence held for at least 2 years
- Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
StaffCo Direct provides weekly pay, paid induction, an easy online timesheet system, and ongoing support through a dedicated team. You'll have access to consistent bookings, immediate starts, PPE provided, and a straightforward way to manage your availability.
