HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers– Northampton (LTD)£19ph | Weekly Pay | Ongoing bookings | Immediate Starts Northampton Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Day and Night Drivers for ongoing general haulage and trunking work based in the Northampton area.

We are offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive LTD rates within a well-organised 7-day operation.
You'll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet, and a professional transport team focused on smooth daily operations and driver support Pay Rates (LTD)Class 1: Monday–Friday AM: £19Monday - Friday PM: £20Saturday: £21Sunday: £22Class 2: Monday–Friday AM: £18Monday - Friday PM: £19Saturday: £20Sunday: £21What the role involves You'll be completing both general haulage and trunking work between distribution centres using pre-loaded trailers carrying ambient goods.
The operation runs 7 days per week, with shifts averaging 9–12 hours with immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.
Our ideal candidate• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 years• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)• Temperature-controlled experience is preferred but not essential Staff Co Direct provides weekly pay, PPE, online driver portal access, pension scheme enrolment, ongoing support from a dedicated account team, and consistent long-term bookings.
