Northampton StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 & 2 drivers for ongoing local and nationwide multi-drop work based in Northampton. This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity and offers genuine earning potential of £1000+ per week, with consistent work available and immediate starts for suitable candidates.
You'll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet, secure on-site parking, and a professional transport team focused on smooth daily operations and driver support.
PAYE Pay Rates (Including Holiday Pay)
- Class 1 Monday–Friday (AM): £18.77ph
- Saturday: £21.00ph
- Sunday: £22.13ph
- Class 2 Monday–Friday (AM): £18.10ph
- Saturday: £19.89ph
- Sunday: £21.00ph
What the role involves
You'll be completing general haulage work locally and nationwide, working with a structured operation that offers regular ongoing work and immediate starts. Shifts run typically Monday to Friday, with 0400–0800 start times, offering consistent weekly work through block bookings.
Our ideal candidate
- Holds a valid HGV Class 1/2 (C) UK licence held for at least 1 year
- Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
- Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network
