StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 2 (C) drivers for ongoing work driving skip and RoRo vehicles based in Sheffield. We're looking for both day drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Days (Mon–Fri): £15.00ph plus holiday pay, or £16.81ph including holiday pay
- Overtime after 45 hours: £22.50ph
What the role involves
- Ongoing work driving skip and RoRo vehicles, start times circa 06:00.
- Delivering, exchanging and collecting containers across commercial and industrial sites.
- Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.
Our ideal candidate
- Holds a valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence held for at least 6 months
- Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
